HOTFIX Chisel Chipped Integration removed mod update (Borked the download and server download)

Update 2.9 Changes
- Removed EMC Values from Uraninite, Florbs, UtilitiX mod, and Filled Maps

- Added EMC Values to Trials Smithing Template, Enlightened raw ores, and more ProjectE Items QOL

- XP Tap Infinite XP fixed

- Removed UtilitiX backpack craft and from JEI (please remove if using this backpack "be a gamer!")

- Removed Builders Tea from the Quest Requirements

- Removed a Place Holder tooltip that said Yo' Moma... Fixed that (sorry)

- Fixed JEI tab order to move Anvils to the last in every list

- Fixed Warped Fungus Texture

- Changed The Final Star to require more EMC gains before Craft to help with the need to push more EMC gains before Full Creative and provide a need for Creative Items
