Hi, This is an another hotfix for the low tick rate and game locking on world creation

Silenced OpenGL Errors and Sable/Etheria Confliction Errors. 

Updated 12 Mods.

Tweaked Winding Machine recipe.

Tweaked Ars Additions confliction loading with Ars Nouveau

Fixed Kiln Brick recipe.

Fixed Copper plate unification.

Removed Civillis due to high world tick usage. *

The errors above are not fixed only stopped from being logged. This is due to the fixes being out of my control and the logging of these errors forced the average tick rate to be about 15 TPS. World generation should benefit.
