Hi, This is half the update I wanted to release for 0.3b but I decided to just release it to just get it out there and also test if CF accepts it. Enjoy!

Added The beginning of Chapter 1, Currently approx. 59 quests that Introduce Pastel and ties into Create. More will be added in the 0.3b update. *

Added mods:

• [Let's Do] Mod Collection
• Bridging Mod
• Extended Crafting and PackagedAuto
• Incendium (Biomes Only) and Nullscape
• Integrated Dynamics and Addons
• Mob Grinding Utils
• Music Notifications

Added Performance based mods for an increased world generation speed and FPS. An increase of ~30 FPS was seen but and increase in pack load time is now a thing. Could be from the 413 mods. *

Changed "Tier 0" -----> "Chapter 1"

Updated 55 mods to latest versions. Some mods stay un-updated due to conflicts. *

Updated and added new tags to various blocks and items. Mostly for the quests.

Updated world generation to reflect better on the original plan I had. *

Updated previously written quests, some from Chapter 1 and some from Quickie Info. 

Fixed a rare crash with Deep Aether and Iris.

Fixed conflicting and wrong tags for a bunch of blocks and items.

Known Issue of Pastel recipes not updating in Guidebook, will be fixed in v0.3b.

Known Issue of load times being abyssmal. Idk when this will be fixing, if ever. *

Removed Stellaris as it was causing issues with the Stargazing and Fusion mechanics from Pastel. *

Removed Avartia due to pack startup load times and various crashes (Replaced with Extended Crafting) *

Removed Create: Aquatic Ambitions due to an unfixable crash on startup. A future update may bring this back *

Reverted some world generation changed made in v0.2b. *
