Removed Tank Null(causing hard crashes).

Removed Dimensional Pockets II(causing crashes with some bosses).

Changed Gregtech config, reverting all recipe changes. Gregtech will now function as an addon instead of a requirement.

Fixed RS Dimension card not working in other dimensions.
