Removed mods/less unnecessary mods

- MegaCells
- RefinedStorage
- thermal foundation ( plenty of other tech mods to choose from, I promise)
 - Adv generators was repeat of another mod already installed.
- Adv Enchanted Quarry plus (Quantum Quarry plus is installed)

- Removed unnecessary/removed mod configs.

Note. Hopefully that will reduce any lag or glitches that may be ran into.
