Minor configuration update to address a couple issues.

 

Found after additional playtesting that IguanaTweaks tool leveling doesn't work properly with Tinker's Defense shields.  
Additionally, instead of earning no XP for hitting target dummies from MmmMmmMmmMmm, IguanaTweaks ruins the player's tool when leveling  if you gained XP from testing on a dummy, which is...  a bad user experience, at best.

Due to these compatibility issues, leveling system is now disabled.

Also moved the default GUI position of the SimplyJetpacks GUI to the bottom right next to the armor status HUD, to avoid overlaying it over the DamageIndicators frame.
