Updates a couple of mods due to bug fixes

 

Updates some datapack recipes to avoid conflicts:

- Specifically, the new Iced Apple Tea from Simply Tea uses the Forge tag Ice Cubes whilst adding its own, but Neapolitan ice cubes don't fall under this tag, thus a recipe has been added to turn Neapolitan ice cubes into ST ice cubes using a pickaxe on Neapolitan ice cubes on a FD cutting board.

- ST ice cubes also drop from ice blocks while using a pick axe. Using any other tool drops Neapolitan ice cubes
