Popsicle Adventure

Several mods have been updated to the latest versions, and some configs have been tweaked:

• Neapolitan crops now have assigned seasons they grow best in
• Patchouli books, atlases, XP tomes, and Buddycard binders should be placeable in bookcases
• Turned off pain sounds for Kitty and Bunny slippers
• Exotic birds drop eggs less to prevent inventory cluttering
• All soups should be stackable to 16

A datapack has been added via OpenLoader to add the following:

• Making BOP, Quark, and Terra Incognita components fully compatible with FD's cutting board and Charm's woodcutter and kiln. Please let me know if anything has been missed off.
• Nether set and End set Buddycard packs still can't be found in the structures added by Repurposed Structures, so recipes have been added so those packs can be craftable. This recipe feature will be removed when/if the loot tables work. The recipes can be found via the JEI menu.
• Added two utility recipes by request: turning wool into string and turning rotten flesh into leather. The recipes can be found via the JEI menu.
