-lowered JAFF fish spawn rate from 100 to 50

-disabled players can spawn in Darklands biomes (to prevent players from starting a new save and getting instantly owned by high level creatures)

-disabled the Thermal Foundation Soulbound enchantment (Corail Tombstone has its own Soulbound enchantment that is grave compatible)

-increased TOP tooltip display distance from 2 meters to 3 meters

-added a 1 second delay before the ToroHud display disappears

-shoggoth lair global chance reduced from 30% to 10%

-shoggoth lair river biome chance reduced from 30% to 20%

-shoggoth lair swamp biome chance increased from 30% to 40% (while spawn rates have been reduced overall, I increase the swamp spawn chance so that players can still find the Shoggoth Lairs when they are ready)
