Added a set of custom starting gear for fresh spawns. 

It should include:
- A pokebag for all your pokemon needs (Items can be used from the bag)
- An everstone

- A worn backpack with
 - A trading simulator for pokemon that need trading to evolve
 - A laptop (basically a portable pokemon PC)

- An akashic tome with just about every guidebook in the modpack

- 3 Prefab starting houses (you can either use 3 small starter houses or combine them into a Moderate House spawn)

- A flower Pouch (so Botania flowers don't clog up your inventory)

- A Lunchbag so you can put food you've already eaten in it and eat to regain the food value without messing up your unique foods eaten count.
