build note

Plastek now works with Forge versions up to 43.4.2. The bundled Server Pack will create a Forge 43.4.2 server as well. The most important update of this build is that the Electrolytic Separator recipe has been updated to prevent an item gate. Other small changes were made to quest dialogue, and a few recipes.
