build note

aside from the mod update, the most important update is the new etching acid recipe using the ie refinery, several quests were updated, and other recipes modified.

• pixie villages can now spawn in archwood forests (will need new chunks loaded)
• ender pearls now stack to 64 (it was an accident but I decided to keep it)
• minecraft:bone now drops from many more creatures in the world
• ostrum ore, raw, raw block cannot be melted in the smeltery for molten ostrum
• desh dust, ore, raw, and raw block cannot be melted in smeltery for molten desh
