BUILD NOTES
This build properly identifies campaign bosses as 'Boss', sets a static level for campaign bosses, and increases the overall damage from skills and weapons.

CHANGES
- all campaign bosses now properly identify as a boss
- all campaign bosses now properly cannot spawn with any affixes, aside from their defaults visible in their respective quest
- all campaign bosses no longer have a level range; but instead a flat level
- update quest dialogues to reflect changes above
- slightly increase base damage of all damaging skills
- slightly increase base damage of most weapons
Always make a backup of your current world before updating to a new version of the Modpack!
