Still  some issues with Pixelmon before we want to hit 1.0. Namely on the most recent, it crashes when battling. This update was mostly for removing CTOV and seeing if Pixelmon generation takes over more. 
Also, want to add a bit more resource availability so time isn't spent mining. Testing: Growable Ores
