v 1.1.10 Changelog
Recipe Tweaks
- Massive garden cloche recipe increase - almost every wild flower, grass, root, and brush can now be grown in the garden cloche. All recipes require water and fertilizer (e.g. bonemeal), even if they are nether plants. This is a limitation of the mod. Cloches are now the primary means of reproducing flowers for decorations.
- Pixelmon metal storage blocks (platinum, aluminium, silver) are now tagged properly, so they can be melted and cast
- All Pixelmon tools can now be properly melted in a smelter.
- All Tinkers Archery Arrows made with a head or shaft made of Tantalum, Cobalt Tantalum, or Niihlite (the materials added by tinkers construct) will have its count increased greatly. Almost all recipes will jump 10x in count, with a max of 64 arrows.
- Tinkers Archery Arrowheads now only cost 1 ingot/item, not two, to help compensate for the fact that they are not permanent.
- Some ball lids (especially ancient balls) have been updated to accept wire instead of ingots. Ancient Pokeballs also have been updated to accept aluminum.
- Recipes now exist for mixing blaze/blizz/blitz/basalz powders to get some rudimentary items, useful if farming.
Spawning Tweaks
- Fine tuning of Honedge spawns still in process; testers mentioned it now felt like too much, so it was reduced.
- Gardevoir, Gallade, and Kirlia all now properly gated behind terrasteel agglomeration plate.
- Kirlia should properly spawn at all.
- Correct vulpix (regular) spawns in nether.
- Moons shellos now properly spawns to accompany Sun shellos. Regular shellos spawns should be disabled.
- Griseous, adamant, and lustrous bosses can no longer spawn randomly, only when summoned by quest.
- Tarountula and Joltik have been added as spawning alternatives to Spinarak, called out with specific blocks.
- Mew now correctly spawns around the cloning machine
- Silvally double file was consolidated and fixed
- The Relic item legendaries now consistantly spawn in several nether biomes and at least one end biome naturally (for ambiance), but you can only complete their quests if you've obtained at least one of the corresponding relic item.
- Manganese Chloride Slugma now only spawns if you are on the murk layer and put down a block of Uranium
- Eevee now also spawns on the Murk layer, correctly.
Config Tweaks
- Starmetal ingots should compact properly now in compacting drawers.
- Pixelmon Elevator search settings have been changed to 40 blocks instead of 32. The search range appears to have been effected by some kind of off-by-one error, which required it to be incremented to at least 33 for it to travel 32 blocks vertically. Then, testers advocated for it to be slightly more than 32, for aesthetic/design purposes. This should confomfortablly fit ranges as high as 39. (again, because of the off-by-one error)
Quest Tweaks
- Quest to use Chansey's Softboil out of combat to Heal is no longer so gated, but also doesn't give Giga Drain.
- Ancient Debris added as reward to complete fossil collection quest.
- "Thats Enough", the beginning of the gate pearl quests, will now open for either the creeper captain or the end, rather than waiting for both.
- Silk Touch and TNT quests now stem from the Upgrades and Modifiers tab on Tips and Tricks
- Quests in Tips and Tricks for Pokemon like Duskull and Egg Pokemon can now be completed even if you've already evolved the Pokemon in question.
- More vending machines have been added to quest rewards, to help ensure Players at least have some early game way to spend Pokedollars.
- Missing pokeball reward added to +2 Red Juice quest.
- Chi-Yu egg fixed.
- Pokemon of the Apocalypse (Chi-yu, etc.) and Relic quests can now be completed with out "Observing" the legendary. Furthermore, it appears the 'observe legendary' quests are unexpectedly broken, so they are being deprecated.
- Pokedollar quest lets you know vending machines are out there waiting to be found.
- Starmetal, Manasteel, Terrasteel, and Elementium tinkers crafting quests now correctly only accepts parts made from the corresponding material.
- Starmetal, Manasteel, Terrasteel, and Elementium tinkers crafting quests now correctly only need one task completed.
- Green enchanted tree added as reward for Jungle Sapling Quest.
- Blue enchanted tree is added to "Finishing the Tree Farm"
- Zelkova (brown) sapling added to reeds quest.
- Palm saplings are added to Marine Alure vial quest.
- X Item quests all recieved saplings
- Guard Spec - Palo Verde
- X Defense - Jacaranda
- X Attack - Maple
- X Sp. Atk - Fir
- X Sp. Def - Willow
- X Speed - Mangrove
- X Accuracy - Mahogany
- Potential lustrous boss spawns fine-tuned and given ivs, evs, moves, and in three cases, items.
- Only one adamant boss spawn presently possible, while awaiting further fine-tuning.
- Astral Sorcery Looking Glass quest is now gated behind Constellation Papers quest.
- 16 quests added as sinks for excess blaze/blitz/basalz/blizz eggs and other drops, typically aquired by farming.
- Repeat Ball award for hunting down and catching all Slugma forms is greatly improved, to reflect the difficulty of tracking down each biome.
- Manganese_Chloride slugma quest for Vertical Pokedex added.
- Vertical Pokedex quests for starter pokemon can now also be completed by catching the Pokemon.
Drops Tweaks
- The sword Honedge drops is now properly damaged.
- Venonat/Venomoth now drop (and can be stolen from) to get Skyris leaves and saplings.
- Torountula now dorps Eucalyptus leaves. Technically now so does Komala, but unelss you're in ultra space you're unlikely to meet one.
Pokemon Tweaks
- Sylveon can now be evolved by using a Fairy Ingot on a friendly eevee like it's an evolutionary stone.
- Tyrogue now learns moves by level up that correspond with all 3 potential evos. This is part of making baby pokemon more viable party members in the early game, and also prevents Tyrogue from missing out on moves the Hitmons learn at levels 4, 8, 12, and 16, which otherwise were only accessible via move relearner. All three Hitmons had an additional move that was added as an Evolution Move, as well (e.g. Bullet Punch for Hitmonchop), and now get access to eachother's low level moves (e.g. double kick) through Tyrogue. If you missed one of these moves and would like to learn it retroactively, enable cheats and use the /teach command.
- Amaura/Auroros line given a slight rework to buff it. Auroros is famously an interesting pokemon held back by its terrible typing. These buffs give it Aurora Veil by level-up instead of Light Screen, as well as level-up access to more sound based moves, and level up access to electrical moves. Snow warning has also been moved from a HA ability to a regular ability, and the HA has become Transistor, which effectively gives Auroros a third STAB. Considering the possibility of making an alternate form available that's ice/electric.
Known Bugs
- Tinkers archery producing individual arrows instead of an object with a durability like other versions of Tinkers Construct... bothers us, too.
