/bq_admin default load DefaultQuests 
and /bqs_loot default load

after updating the pack. 

- renamed Quest Page "EV Training" to "Battling and Training"

- added new Advancements for new Quests in "Capture Quest" Page

     - new quest reward with unbreakable Pixelmon Lures

- added new Advancements for new Quests in "Battling and Training" Page

- added new quests in "Battling and You" to trade in Power Items for Vitamins

- added new secret quest on "Exploring in Pixel Quest" Page

- added new quests involving Immersive Engineering on respective Quest Page

- added new quest to trade in a Wither Skulls and XP for a Nether Star

- adjusted Trade Coin Shop 

- fixed quests from not working properly:
     - "Forest Murmers"

     - "The Arc Chalice"

     - "Picky Pokemon"

     - "Lustrous Orb"

     - "Adamant Orb"

     - "Griseous Orb"
- added Loot Chest drops to some more Pokemon

- adjusted Loot Chest pool and added new items

- added Galarian TMs and TRs into Pixelmon Shopkeeper pools

- added Thermal Foundation Powders to Pixelmon Shopkeeper pools

- overall spellchecks and general tidiness
