after updating the pack. 

- fixed quest "Repeat Ball Go!" reward
- fixed quest "Timer Ball Go!" reward
- fixed "Macho" unlock sequence
- fixed typo in "Ice Stone" quest
- added PixelmonGo eggs in Trade Coin shop

- adjusted pool of possible hatches from PixelmonGo eggs

- adjusted rewards for "Flashy Flesh" quest

- slightly lowered spawns of Pokemon

- disabled some commands for FTB Utilities
