Fixing some bugs and adding a bit of content for 1.3.1

FEATURES:

- Added Everlasting Abilities (Replaced PMMO)

- Re-added Ore Excavation

- Added Mystical World

- Added Prefab

- Added Actually Additions

- Added a new quest line, the Kill List (Gives rewards for each boss killed)

- Updated mods

CHANGES:

- Pixelmon no longer initiate battles in the wild

- Mobs no longer break chests or steal items from them

- Replaced Toroquest with Minecraft Comes Alive

- Removed menu music (Caused crashes upon server join)

FIXES:

- Removed Various Oddities (Caused crashes server side upon attacking entities)

- Fixed error with Red Hook quest not giving corresponding recipe
