Small update with some left over and missed changes/fixes from ver 1.1.1

FEATURES:

- Added Clumps

- Added XP Tome

CHANGES:

- Removed Hardcore Darkness from the Nether

(I may re-add the Fallen Angel at a later date now that HCD is gone)

- Removed all flowers from Dungeon Tactics

(Could be used to cheat in a similar way to the pink aerclouds)

- Updated the 2nd tutorial quest with /back mechanics

- Decreased the amount of allowed nomad spawns in Atum from 1-4 to 1-2

- Increased horse meat's hunger value

- Updated Mining Helmet

(Fixed internal server errors)

- Removed Forgotten Items

(Too tedious to upkeep and frustrating to deal with the constant problems)

- Lowered RTP distance from 100,000 blocks to 1,500

(This was to stop battle towers from always generating as soon as RTP was executed. Also encourages exploring more)
