Made several config changes and other tweaks in attempt to get mob spawning as a whole under more control, and seems to have had some good progress, but now to see how this impacts overall server performance.

 

Added Just Enough Resources

Added Mob Population Control

Added Hostile Neural Networks

Added You Shall Not Spawn

 

Removed Alex's Mobs

Removed Aquaculture 2

 

I really dont like removing mods from packs, but these 2 mods were severely bloating the mob pool for the total on the server, so I felt it best to remove them since they added so very little actual content.
