Removed the Ars Botania mod as it was having a SEVERE conflict with AE2 and its expansion mods - as in crashing the server when ANY AE2 machine or block was placed.

 

Added FramedBlocks as per request for more building options.

Swapped from Ore Excavation to Ultimine for vein mining, several people asked for this change.

 

Updated server forge version to current latest build and updated most mods as high as possible.
