What's new
Reduced the power yeild of fission systems while still making sure they heavily competed with combustion power.
Started the process of nerfing combustion and removing gas turbines to make more room for fission.
Removed thorium from ores and is now only possible through fission.
Slowed down blackstone dust processing.
Fixed the assembler matrix pattern core recipe being broken due to lack of 85% pure nevvonian steel springs.
Added LuV drills via PhoenixCore.
