Updated mods. New saves will be required to get full benefits from new mods. Replaced a few performance mods with less buggy (crashes) alternatives.

Notable mod added is Shattered world limits. When making a world move it to the top of the datapack list or it will not load. As of now I do not know how to set this as default in the modpack it causes me as much annoyance as I'm sure it will cause you and I apologize. When I have a solution I'll update the pack and make a note here in the changelogs.
