I own none of these mods and have only slapped a bunch of random mods together.
You can go around finding many new mobs, structures, and items, as well as advancing skills, and getting drip either with custom hats, and better trims. You can expect to be able to follow some quests with different types of dialogue options, skills you can improve to give you better items, a long list of different classes you can play as which changes how you play the game, and lots more that you'll have to find out yourself.
