TAKE 2 As the first was somehow rejected for duplicate even tho its not.
As Stated in the version/title this is a upgrade or large update to the pack removing and adding a lot of content. I aim to trim the fat from the pack by removing unused or underused mods. I also noticed that we lacked creative decorations so i added some decore mods and blocks. added a Vampire mod for Roleplay purpose and to see how well it meshes with some of the other magic mods. A mod to spice up combat a bit. will require a config to get ti fully implamented. Added some ease of life mods. and A mod to hopefully bring more life to your worlds.
I wanted to Add more Creative freedom, More reasons to explore and refine the magic and tech trees.
Tested and is stable but can run slow.
Subject to change before full release but should be compatable with any changes in the next few updates.

Is a Upgrade of the Pack with new mod added and some old ones removed
Configs not updated yet so either do them yourself for now or wait till the full release (most were standard before).
Be warned Valhesia will spawn structures in all dimensions till i update configs
Currently Testing Server Stabilty and will release in a week or so.

Computer craft removed due to lack of me using it ever and its lack of intergration with other mods (if im worng let me know and il add it back)
Advanved Perfs for CC removed^
Compact Machines removed due to not functioning as intended. Its not working properly at the moment when fixed i will re-add it.
Simply Jetpacks removed due to overlap with other powered and non powered flight. Flight Can be obtained easyier and with less restrictions else where.
Twilight Forest removed due to power creep with other mods making it too easy and under-valued. (clean up the dimensions a bit)
Witchery Removed for now will return when i can make a proper full release.
Tinkers Construct removed. Like Twilight Forest its under powered compaired to other options. Alloy forge was only thing usefull from it.
Natures compass removed. just explore more.
Mystical Agriclture removed. Made getting some materials in large and small amounts a little too easy.
Quantom Storage Removed. Better options.
Tinkers Mechworks removed and replaced with Create. More challange and larger scope of what it can do.
Thermal Expansion removed till it catches up with 1.7.10 or 1.8.9's version of the mod. mekanism can do all of it.
Eidlion removed cause other magic is included and im trying to reduce some overlap and lower PC Min Specs.
Flux networks removed, other options.
hats removed, proformance reasons. Hope to re-add for full release.
Reliquary removed cause it dosent really give anything that unique. You can do simular with other mods.
Forbiden arcanus removed. not enought added to warrent keeping it over some other magic mods.
Pams Harvest craft 2 removed. Proformance reasons. May re-add or swap for Spice of Life of full release
Open Blocks Elevator removed we got more creative options either magic or tech.
Iron Chest Removed. may re-add in full release. is outscaled quickly
Cursed removed. To many enchante near impossaible to get what you may want.
Cucumber Libv removed cause the mod requiring it was removed a while back and i missed this.
Quantom Quarry removed for testing purposes should be re-added for full release
Tesseract Removed since it was getting bugged and having issues.
ADDED:
Architect's Palette added for more block choice
Fairy Lights added for more decore options
Create added for creative aproach to issues and automations (plus it looks cool to use it)
Epic Fight added to bright a little more to combat over just the same old swing and swing again
Macaws Decore packs added for more decore options
Mine Colonies added for simple and fun automations of tasks. Make your base and world feel more alive
Steves quarry added. Testing as it apears to just be Build Craft Quarry in 1.16
Vampirism added for roleplay opertuinity and it ties in niceily with some other magic mods. In pace of witchery for now. (both will likily be in the full release)
XP tome added since we dident have a good way to store levels and levels are needed.
Akashic tome added cause its just amazing, combines other mods books into one.
