Fixes:

-Fixed the game not launching due to duplicated Techgun Mod Jar


-Replaced corrupted Chisel Jar (Found out when multiplayer servers did not run the mod)


-Changed Forge Build of Modpack, servers also for some reason hate it


-Fixed Quarry being unlocked before Stirling engine


Changes/additions:

-Made hoards harder and a little bigger. Blocks will no longer repair themselves, hoards do perma block damage now.
(The first hoard did not get a difficulty increase)

-Reduced how long phase 2 cooldown is

-Removed the tech in third tab requiring you to be halfway in other tech tab so players can just decide to do whatever better ahead of time
