Surviving against parasites is no joke.
That's where this pack comes along, introducing a plethora of new features, like easier building, graves, blood moons, better combat (including more weapons to use), far better and more detailed world generation, not just above ground but also underground, harder mobs that get stronger with time and that randomly have modifiers, and a lot of extra features to help spice up gameplay.
Also, this is fully compatible with multiplayer and is in fact even designed for it with multiple features, the main one being Essential, which spares the grueling process of making a server. Good luck, and remember that hardcore is the best way to play. Enjoy the frustration!
