Changes

+ Removed Pollution Plus, electric filters did not seem to work and added another way to get steel which messed up balance with Immersive Engineering.

+ Config changes, main one being Ancient Shrine generation. Shrines will no longer spawn in water and will appear more commonly. Main biomes are forests, mountains, and plains.
