Panem's World is a newly created 1.16.4 modpack specificially designed for both newbies and veterans of modded minecraft, staying lightweight with vanilla and only using a few mods to spicy up the gameplay. It is designed for both usage in singleplayer and on multiplayer worlds.
The modpack is currently under construction and available as a BETA version. Mods and configs may change radically between releases.
