A (mostly) stable version for beta testers

Known Bugs:

- The forge gods dont like when I delete loot tables from .jar files so scaling health items will still be obtainable in the world until i find a work around

- Chests wont always close after player exits the GUI

- Lighting can get wack after returning to the Overworld from the Nether. Close and Reopen your world to fix.

- Dragons cause lagspikes

- Player is sometimes unable to drop items directly from their GUI

- A player wearing Enderite Armor cannot be /kill'ed

- The Absorption Potion Charm makes the player near invincible

- Bronze and Silver Tools do not function properly

Areas that need testing:

- Enchanting

- Reliquary Items
