KNOWN BUG: EVERY shader displays the inventory incorrectly!
The hotbar and inventory items might not get displayed at all in some situations when using shaders, for me the issue fixed by pressing F3+T (refresh resourcepacks), If it does not, try relogging to whatever server/world you were using, and disabling shaders, this might be my computer being tricky, but be aware, especially on an AMD Radeon graphics cards.
