Some overall fixes, adding creative recipes and balancing EMC values on some items.

- Pam's Vanilla Food Items Balance Disabled.
- Added EMC for most of Draconic Evolution and Avaritia resources.
- The player will now spawn in the world with a version of the Akashic Tome that has the same books you used to spawn with. Can be crafted with 1 piece of dirt in case of loss.
- Added creative items, such as the Creative essence and RF source (More recipes coming soon!).
- Minor bug fixes.
