removed jacks economy mod removed tabletop craft (tables dont work, dosn't fit and clogs up loot)

fixed up create manual in kubejs. it can now be used as a book for all of create. Enjoy!. fixed up fishing rod recipes to match gregtech style and removed vanilla bonemeal recipe. added some ae2 tooltips wip

added some Botania specific tooltips (botania book references to show up as tooltips in jei! (Very WIP)
