This version mostly focuses on optimizations

Updated: All shader packs, Entity Culling for Fabric/Forge, Modern Fix, and Watermedia.

Added: Colorwheel. This should bring heavy optimization improvements to players using shaders. Vanillin. This is currently disabled, as it breaks Aeronautics/Sable. Client Crafting. I think this will be minor, but is said to improve crafting response rates. A watermedia binary (tv mod)

Hope this brings better performance for shader users
