Mod Changes

Config Changes

  • Increased distance to reach Overworld max level (12) to 10000 blocks
  • First boss and its minions now have a fixed level of 4, regardless of distance
  • Most basic mobs (zombie, skeleton, etc.) are now capped at level 6
  • Updated boss levels throughout the campaign to progress more evenly
  • Removed random bard background music
  • Recategorized several support/defensive spells. Counterspell is no-longer class restricted
  • Gems are now about 50% more rare
  • Removed Enchantment restrictions for Luck of the Sea/Flame/Loyalty/Fortune (Different enchantments coming at a later time)
  • Disabled all guns and gun enchantments

Updates

  • Health Rework - All classes now gain health per level, varying by class
  • Constitution's health passive has been changed to an additional max health bonus per level. Some classes received small changes to balance this out.
  • Some classes now have additional access to entire spell schools. For example, Clerics can access all Holy spells
  • "Fortify" cantrip no longer rotates the player toward their crosshair
  • Added a new shader-based background for the questbook (Certain Questing Additions)
  • Lowered cooldowns for all class summon abilities (Recasting them only despawns the old summon)
  • Charisma now gives a small trade discount
  • Champion tier is now restricted by chapter progression (Will only apply to newly created worlds, limitation of Champions)
  • Captain Cornelia is now susceptible to arrows
  • Mobs will no longer drop adhesive bandages
  • Mobs now have a chance to drop healing potions based on their level and the player's luck

Fixes

  • Cantrips that interrupt channeling spells instantly casting them, instead of cancelling them
  • Chain Lightning cantrip not being able to properly target multipart entities like dragons
  • Cantrip auto-rotate while in third person not working through grass/plants
  • Enchantment Cost subclass bonuses not working properly
  • Rare issue where some campaign bosses that spawn in reaction to events wouldn't appear
