Description
Not your run-of-the-mill Origins pack.
With over 100 Origins to choose from, aspects, classes, and more, each person gets a truly customized character experience! Many mods have been added to give Minecraft an open-world RPG feel while still maintaining the core elements of exploration, building and survival. Whether you journey down the path of technology through Tech Reborn and Applied Energistics, the path of nature through Botania, or the various paths of magic with Bewitchment, Arcanus, and Requiem, or everything in between; this pack has a little bit of everything to ensure a complex multiplayer experience. With The Guild mod, you'll even have the opportunity to live as an Adventurer with the quest system.
This is designed with various QOL enhancements for gameplay, and a few server-minded additions to give the best experience for everyone! We've included Shoppy to help build a multiplayer economy as well.
With new biomes to explore in the Overworld, Nether, and in the End, there's much to do and many new blocks to use in your builds! Before the days of the End dimension, the rumored Aether caused many to flock to various mods... We're glad to see this has been continued and have included this lush and vibrant sky island dimension with Paradise Lost, a fourth plane to explore. We've included the Forgiving Void mod as well. This can be fully configured to include modded dimensions, or to ignore: your choice!
Note:
- A few included mods require additional setup through Mod Menu, and Simple Voice Chat requires additional setup server-side to function properly.
- With the mix of aspects and origins, it is entirely possible to create a character which is unplayable due to conflicting requirements: DO NOT try to make a Pyro-aligned water origin, as the effects stack! (e.g. Has the "gills" ability and requires water to breath and have water weakness / takes damage when wet)
This modpack was inspired by SailorScoutLua's pack "Another Origin Tale."
