industrialize using create, and some of the caves in Alex's caves! if you want the whole world can be islands if you change the world type to the island one.
choose an origin, there area few (do keep in mind enderians might be difficult to play as if you set it to be all islands).
when i made the pack for a friends server i was told to add "eyes in the darkness" which I might remove later...
the main rule is to have fun! even then nothing is enforced (some servers might have rules but they are not part of the pack)
also i made the nuclear bomb from Alex's caves harder to get so if you feel like completing goal but dont feel like coming up with one there ya go!
