Oriansenshi Survival Server Modpack

Our server only has 6GB of ram, and was having trouble with all the other mods, so i removed a huge chunk of mods that no one was using and streamlined everything else. Also updated Ice and Fire mod, and a few others. Includes client side mod for checking light levels. does not include 2 mods i have on the server that dont do anything client side, but do help performance.
