Now at this point, you gotta do the next region, which is even more difficult.
What after the next region?
Well, the level cap is set to G1, or 1 Gigalevel. To level from level 200 to level g1, you must do 5 1 star max raids, or 1 5 star max raids.
this is because gigalevels don't use normal xp, they use max exp, which are obtained from max raids.
Only then can you do region 3. as a level 200 pokemon cannot deal damage to a level g1 pokemon.
