From version 1.1.1:

• Fruit tree saplings now need three fruit to craft, and can be crafted with any sapling.
• Horse armor, name tags, and saddles have been given recipes.
• Tweaked thatch-related recipes; reed and beachgrass give four per craft, and Quark’s thatch accepts any grain.
