FIRST RELEASE

I had failed to realize that, well the modpack would crash about halfway through of loading, well, at least when I last tried loading it. That is all fixed now, every mod is in place for future updates, subject to change.

- Replaced Advanced Rocketry for Galacticraft as it caused a crash upon startup, when I find a fix I'll add it alongside.

- Removed Simply Jetpacks 2, due to a crash when paired with PlusTiC that I couldn't find a fix for.

- Added Iron Jetpacks in place of Simply Jetpacks 2

- Lightly tweaked config to remove modded menus and set the foundation for a couple mods

(Modpack still needs seriously heavy work, this release is just for you guys to experience all the mods pre-overhaul)
