 <> Um, ok. I went up and down trying to fix the modpacks server/network protocol issue.     

        Where packets were to high, and ended up changing so many things that I have no way to document it.

Quark:

     Disabled Large stone clusters, Big Dungeon, Mega Caves

     Disabled Automatic Recipe Unlocking (causes recipes to use up 242Kb's on playerdata)
