Official Dark Carnival

It's official! The Dark Carnival now has a full release version of the pack! All mods in this pack are owned and licensed by their respective creators.

So, there have been a lot of changes to this pack since the test release. Some of those changes include updates that some of the mods had, and the addition of a few mods such as FTB Quests for some quests (with more planned for the future!), MythicBotany for some added content for Botania, and Pretty Pipes for some early item transportation. There will definitely be more updates and revisions in the future, as well as some better change logs since I'll hopefully be able to actually remember to log what I change.
