Octo's Adventure

This update is mostly focused on multiplayer functionality and performance.
If you don't already know, by opening to LAN in your pause menu, you can share an IP to
your friends to join. Along with these additions, I've added Lootr, where loot can spawn separately from
each player. But during playtest, some chests did not load as Lootr chests. Please let me know if you are 
having issues or if you have relevant information that can assist in resolving bugs.

TLDR- I wanted to improve some performance on less fortunate pc's and maybe allow for an
enjoyable multiplayer experience with e4mc

Updated Fred's big book quest and added his book to the starting gear
