Changes

-Buffed ancient debris drop (was .5%, is now .8%)
-Nerfed milk bucket drop (was 8%, is now 2.5%)
-Added clay balls to fishing rods
-Added snowballs to fishing rods

CRITICAL BUG FIX

Structures prior to this version did not generate in the nether and the end. 

Fix for pre-existing saves (BACKUP YOUR WORLD BEFORE DOING THIS!!!)

In order to fix this on an already existing world, you will have to: 
-Delete the "DIM" and "DIM-1" folders from your save (these hold the data for the nether and the end)
-Install NBTExplorer, locate your save - level.dat -WorldGenSettings, then change "generate_features" from 0 to 1
