EIO spawner power intake increased for higher spawn costs
butterfly spawn rate turned waaay down
removed draconic bees & yellorium bees, universal bees produce far less uumatter now
included localizations for custom bees
Fixed several outstanding HQM Quest bugs
IE fLoodlights no longer prevent mob spawns.
Spice of Life reduced to 5 items instead of 6,
Woot power usage generally decreased across the board for t2+ augments
