updated forge and mods

fixed a few problems with the quest book.  It should no longer start in edit mode.  

Hat stands added as a reward to a quest.

updated some quest rewards.

if quest book does not update properly type       /bq_admin default load

if for some reason it starts in edit mode still type      /bq_admin edit
