1) Updated NTM to version 5649.

2)  Added Holoinventory, Baubles-Expanded and MouseTweaks.

3) Changed the recipes of the AE2 storage components. 1K No longer needs technetium so it is available right after the Arc Furnace. Components no longer need the previous one to be made, instead being made with ntm circuits. Welding power consumption and time was also adjusted. Spatial components also received the same treatment.

4) Ztones no longer have chisel as a dependency.

5) Fixed Bedrock Ore Crumps quest not having a name and not being an OR quest.

6) Fixed Storage Drawer quest not being an OR.

7) Murky Anvil and Digamma Laser Crystal quests now need balefire.

8) ICF Turbocharger quest now needs dineutronium.

9) Changed Fensu quest icon to the new model.

10) Updated AdventureBackpacks mod to fix duping bug.

11) AE2 Charger no longer needs welded steel plates.

12) Added a Chicago Pile Automation quest.

13) Made the Hazmat Suit quest a checkmark.

14) Updated some quests.
