Miscellaneous

• Add Nether/End Lead and Uranium to Vein Miner.
• Disable Hammer Core Mod Browser in main menu.
• Disable IC2 worldgen of Copper, Tin, Lead, and Uranium as Simple Ore Generation handles these now.
• Disable needing The One Probe in-game item for extended tooltips.
• Do not hide Industrial Craft 'secret' recipes.
• Disable Chunk Animator around the player to avoid thinking you're falling through the world on world load.
• Refresh Just Enough Resources profile.
