Some EMC mapping got screwed up somehow.
-added mixing 0.7-0.8 compat mod because it's killing the server when adding dynamic surroundings and performant at same time
-removed dynamistics serverside cause it's clientside
-kept phosphor serverside as it seems to be fine now with performant
